Who will be in my home?

Your home is cleaned by a regularly assigned crew and day each time. You wouldn't have a different crew unless informed. Same day each rotation and approximately the same time each cleaning.

What time will the maid be at my home?

Our normal work days are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. We will make every effort to meet your needs, but a specific time is hard to set. You may request an a.m. or p.m. time slot. Please allow a 1 hour window of time to show up.

Do I have to do anything before my cleaning day?

In order to give you the best value for your money and do an efficient job, we ask that you straighten up the night before. All clothes, papers and toys should be picked up the night before. The crew does not wash laundry or dishes. You can also have a day of organizing for $75.00 + tax per hour if needed.

Do I have to be home?

Most of our customers are not. For security, the company controls all keys everyday and only the crew assigned to your house has access to the key. Keys are coded individually and kept at the office. Otherwise, keys must be left out for us on the cleaning day. If you forget to leave a key, a $25 dollar trip charge can be billed.

What if my cleaning falls on a holiday?

If your scheduled house cleaning falls on a holiday, we will contact you to reschedule your service or skip that particular cleaning day and clean your house on the next scheduled time.

What if I need to change the scheduled cleaning day?

You must give a 24 hour notice for changes. Please advise us as soon as possible so unnecessary trips won't occur. Messages can be left on the voice mail 24 hours a day. (281-855-9212) There will be a $25.00 trip charge if the office is not contacted.

How do I pay for the services?

Payment should be left on the day of each cleaning visit. Checks are payable to Westside Maids and should include sales tax. If you forget to leave a check, please mail to: 3211 Greenhouse Rd. Ste. 113, Houston, TX 77084.

What should I do if I own pets?

Please let us know if you have pets. It would be best to put your animals away to avoid any mishaps.

What if I have some things I don't want touched/cleaned?

Please make us aware of any special cleaning requirements or items we should not attempt to clean, such as: antiques, costly rugs, furniture, marble, flooring, etc.
