Each home has it's own personality. The price is determined by the size (square footage) of the home, how often cleaned, length of time spent and how much work is specified to be done.

Average Size House on a Bi-Monthly. Minimum charge is $55.00 plus tax.

For the FIRST TIME* cleanings, or one time cleanings, there is a charge of
$55.00 per hour + tax. *Payment is due immediately after services are rendered.
